If something needs to be fixed a Spanish lawyer will take a long time to get round to it, or nothing may be done about it. As finding the right one will allow you to have the knowledge that they are doing the right thing and that they know the rules and regulations that the government has put in place within their country.

Doing your research and knowing what the market is like, will probably save you money when buying a property in Spain. So that is why it is important to do a lot of negotiating and research before you decide on your property lawyers.
